The United Womenʼs Network holds the annual Women In Business Conference on International Womenʼs Day each year. This conference is UWN’s largest and most distinguishable event, with involvement ranging from UIC’s top female business students to politicians to corporate and banking executives. It is an opportunity for the Women in Business community within and outside of UIC to congregate to celebrate the incredible achievements we have made that year, to discuss the road ahead, to learn and challenge one another, and to honor UWN’s mission of empowering young female professionals.

Each year we ask our most influential speakers to come to campus and share their stories with us with the support and engagement of our corporate sponsors. We have food, games, raffles, networking, and more. The Women In Business conference holds the essence of who we are as an organization, and it motivates us to create a more empowered and inclusive future for the female leaders of tomorrow.
